直前までヒラリー当選予想でいた某氏が慌てて発出した祝辞。
歯の浮くような典型的「外交辞令」（俗語；オベンチャラ）にまみれていて、そのニュアンスを感じる上でも、英語の勉強にとっても良さそうです。
国会（衆院本会議）は、このタイミングでTPP法案を強行採決。 なんと間抜けで赤っ恥なことでしょう。
それから、稲田防衛相は、トランプ当選は「想定内」と言ったそうですが（http://www.sankei.com/politi…/…/161109/plt1611090037-n1.html）、同様に、Only Hillaryと考えていたはずですから、本当は「到底ない」と言うべきだったと思いますが。。。
なお、某氏はAPECの直前、17日にトランプ氏に会われるようです。まずは、この本で勉強されるようお薦めします。

この度，アメリカ合衆国次期大統領に選出されたことに心から祝意を表します。トランプ次期大統領は，その類い希なる能力により，ビジネスで大きな成功を収められ，米国経済に多大な貢献をされただけでなく，強いリーダーとして米国を導こうとされています。
